How do I make a reservation?

Will I receive the driver’s information in advance?
Yes—when your chauffeur is en route or arrives, you’ll get an automated text with their name, phone number, vehicle make/model, and license plate. You can also request this info earlier via email.
What amenities are provided in the vehicles?

What is the standard gratuity?
